Mohamed Jaber Bio

Mohamed Youssef Jaber is currently the Second Vice President of the Lebanese American Heritage Club, and is a graduate of the Law and Political Science Faculty of the Lebanese University of Beirut. Mr. Jaber has been working in the field of journalism since 1974, having held several positions in the Lebanese media. He was employed as the media advisor for the Former Prime Minister. Dr. Salim El-Hoss, and was the chief editor of the daily Lebanese newspaper, Aliwaa. In 1990, Mohamed moved with his family to the U.S.A., and settled in Dearborn, Michigan. He published Assabeel, a monthly magazine that deals with Arab American issues in Michigan, as well as other states. Mohamed joined the Lebanese American Heritage Club in 1990; he believes that the club is the one organization for all people of Lebanese origin, regardless of religion, sect, or territory.
