Hassan Ahmad Bio
Hassan Ahmad has been a member of the LAHC since March of 2002. He served as chairman of the Public Relations Committee in 2003 as well as a member of various committees within the LAHC Over the pat several years. Hassan was born in Lebanon and moved in the U.S. in 1997 to pursue his studies. He is a graduate of Oakland University, Auburn Hills where he earned a bachelor's degree in engineering. Over the past seven years Hassan has worked diligently to build a successful career in real estate and is currently working as an Associate Broker with Re/Max Leading Edge in Dearborn Heights. He serves on various committees at the Islamic Center of American, including the Special Events Committee, and is a member of the Dearborn Board of Realtors, Dearborn Chamber of Commerce, and the Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee. Through his work with the LAHC, Hassan continuously contributes to the community in various degrees. He regularly volunteers for community events, charity fundraisers and in his spare time, enjoys traveling, along with spending time with family and friends.
"It is vital for our community to get out and become involved in any way they can", expresses Ahmad. "Our community continues to develop and we need to lend a hand and be a part of that growth".
